A brand that grows with Its flavor

French Revolution came to us looking for a multidisciplinary partner who could handle it all: design, UX, illustration, brand assets, and storytelling. The brand was already iconic, and we treated it with the respect it deserved, preserving what worked while expanding it for new platforms, use cases, and audiences.

A brand refresh that honoured the past and embraced the future


We refined French Revolution’s identity to give it more flexibility by expanding the design system while staying true to its well-known visual tone. We updated the website, added a range of brand illustrations, and created custom assets, such as store maps and social visuals, to help them communicate more clearly and consistently.

Helping the brand tell its story to future team members


One overlooked part of the old site was recruitment. Their jobs section was barely visible. But after a bit of conversation, we realised they had a strong internal culture and exciting employee experience; it just wasn’t being shared.

We proposed and built a dedicated hiring page that tells the story of French Revolution from the inside. It made the brand more relatable, improved transparency, and helped boost both applications and retention.

Making it easier (and sweeter) to order éclairs online


One major challenge? Online orders just weren’t happening. The user flow was clunky, especially for a system where customers had to choose between multiple stores, select times, and coordinate pickup or delivery. It wasn’t just e-commerce, it was logistics.

We redesigned the Shopping cart UX around real customer behaviour, reducing friction and simplifying the process. The result? Online orders went up 300%. This was pre-food delivery apps, so the site had to do all the work.

This project also received recognition beyond business results—it was featured in the Romanian Design Week exhibition, highlighting its creative impact within the national design community.
